Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to the ReadyGTM website and to information shared with ReadyGTM through this site, by email, or through related booking and enquiry workflows.
If you have a question about this policy, you can contact hello@readygtm.com.
What information may be collected
Depending on how you use the site, ReadyGTM may collect:
- contact details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, or other enquiry details
- information you provide when booking a call through a third-party scheduling tool
- GTM X-Ray diagnostic details you choose to submit, including company context, assessment answers, generated report content, and report email delivery status
- Methodology Fit Finder details you choose to submit, including broad business and sales context, your diagnostic choices, the generated recommendation, and report delivery status
- whether you opt in to future ReadyGTM follow-up about your report and related GTM resources
- temporary security signals used to protect forms, such as Turnstile verification results and hashed request identifiers for rate limits
- technical and usage information such as page views, page paths, and interaction events generated while using the site
- information stored locally in your browser for site preferences or tool state, such as theme settings and Methodology Fit Finder draft progress
How information is collected
Information may be collected in a few different ways:
- directly from you when you email, book a call, or otherwise choose to share information
- when you submit a GTM X-Ray or Methodology Fit Finder assessment
- when you separately ask for a generated report to be emailed to you
- when form-protection checks verify that a submission is legitimate or rate-limit repeated attempts
- automatically when the site records page views and interaction events for basic site analytics
- through information stored locally on your device to support site preferences and resource-tool behaviour
The current site analytics implementation is lightweight and is used to record events such as page views and certain interactions. The site also stores some preferences and planner state in your local browser so those settings can persist between visits. The Ramp Impact Calculator performs its calculations in your browser and does not submit its inputs to ReadyGTM.
Why information is used
ReadyGTM may use information collected through the site to:
- respond to enquiries and booking requests
- generate, display, store, and, when you request it, email your GTM X-Ray or Methodology Fit Finder report
- send relevant follow-up where you have opted in to receive it
- operate, maintain, and improve the website
- review diagnostic patterns and improve ReadyGTM's services, without treating tool output as a public testimonial or case study without permission
- understand which pages and resources are being used
- remember settings and planner inputs on your device where relevant
- protect the site, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations where required
Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including scheduling, email, infrastructure, database, and browser-rendering providers. For example, booking links may send you to a third-party scheduling page rather than keeping you on this site.
GTM X-Ray and Methodology Fit Finder assessments and reports may be processed through Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1. Form protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile, and known temporary email domains may be checked locally before a contact is added to Resend. If you click to email yourself a report, the report PDF may be generated through Cloudflare Browser Rendering and sent through Resend. Internal diagnostic review workflows may also use Notion where configured.
Those third parties handle information under their own terms and privacy settings. ReadyGTM does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
Depending on the provider, information may be stored or processed outside Australia. Where third-party tools are used, that handling is subject to the provider's own systems and locations.
Storage and security
ReadyGTM takes reasonable steps to protect information it holds from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
GTM X-Ray and Methodology Fit Finder reports are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. The emailed PDF report flow requires a short-lived, one-time report delivery token generated at submission, and the public website does not expose a report lookup page.
Rate-limit events store hashed request identifiers rather than raw IP addresses or plain email addresses, and are intended only to reduce abuse of the diagnostic workflows.
No website or online service can guarantee complete security. For that reason, you should avoid sending highly sensitive information through general website forms or unencrypted email unless necessary.
How long information is kept
ReadyGTM keeps information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, for internal record-keeping, or to meet legal, accounting, or operational requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably required, reasonable steps may be taken to delete it or de-identify it where appropriate.
For the Methodology Fit Finder:
- anonymous assessment inputs and generated recommendations may be kept for up to 90 days
- recipient and delivery details provided for an optional emailed PDF may be kept for up to 365 days
- hashed security and rate-limit events may be kept for up to 48 hours
- coded product-usage events that do not contain diagnostic answers or contact details may be kept for up to 180 days
For GTM X-Ray:
- submitted assessment inputs, contact details, generated reports, and delivery status may be kept for up to 365 days
- the optional PDF delivery token expires after 30 minutes and can be used only once
- hashed security and rate-limit events may be kept for up to 48 hours
If you separately opt in to follow-up, your contact record may be kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted. The full Methodology Fit Finder result is available on screen without providing an email address.
You can ask ReadyGTM to delete a GTM X-Ray or Methodology Fit Finder assessment or generated report associated with your email address by contacting hello@readygtm.com.
Access and correction
If you believe ReadyGTM holds personal information about you and you would like to request access to it, or ask for it to be corrected, email hello@readygtm.com.
Requests will be considered in light of the information available, the nature of the request, and any legal obligations that may apply.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern or complaint, you can email hello@readygtm.com.
ReadyGTM will review the concern and respond within a reasonable time. If the issue is not resolved, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, business practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page.
